ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE No.23-GS of 2021

a) Date of Commencement of submission of online applications 23.10.2021 from 4.00 PM onwards
b) Last date of submission of online applications= 30.10.2021 upto 4.00PM
Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, for engagement against the following positions on contract basis initially for a period of (01) year on the consolidated remuneration, specified against each for establishment of Viral Research and Diagnosis Laboratory, (VRDL), under the scheme of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Government of India in the Department of Microbiology Govt. Medical College, Srinagar:-
1. These contractual engagements are not being made against any substantive post and as such won’t confer any right upon the hired persons for regular/permanent appointment. The contractual engagees shall have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that they will not claim regular appointment at any future date on the strength of this contractual engagement.
2. The engagement will initially be made for one year only or till continuation of this scheme whichever is earlier and will be extended on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidates/approval of the competent authority and:-
a) Availability of Budget;
b) Continuation of this Scheme.
3. If a contractual engagee at any point of time willfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her duties, his/her engagement shall be terminated forthwith without any notice and he/she shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.
Note:-1) The candidates must be in possession of all required documents and no document/certificate issued beyond the cutoff date shall be accepted/entertained.
Instructions for applying online:-
a) The necessary instructions for filling-up of online form and submission of fee details shall be available on Government Medical College Srinagar website
(www.gmcs.edu.in)
b) Separate Links for filling up of online application forms for these posts shall be available on the Official website of Government Medical College Srinagar w.e.f. 23-10-2021 from (4:00PM) to 30-10-2021 upto 4:00PM only.
c) Candidates are required to apply online through the Official website of Govt. Medical College, Srinagar only.
d) The requisite original documents including domicile certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed for the purpose must be produced
at the time of document verification or as and when sought by Govt. Medical College, Srinagar.
e) The candidates are required to upload the images of their recent photograph and specimen signature which should be uploaded in (jpeg) format only.
f) Candidates have to deposit fee of Rs. 200/- through online mode only i.e. through Net Banding/Debit Card/Cr edit Card.
g) Applications of those candidates will not be considered who do not pay the fee in online mode.
h) Candidates must take a print out of the application form and fee receipt after
successful filling up of the application form.
i) Candidates cannot edit their application form after submission,
j) Candidates shall ensure that their E-mail ID and Phone Nos. as specified in the online application form are active during the currency of selection process.
