Jammu Srinagar National Highway Traffic Update For 17 jan 2022
Passenger Light Motor Vehicles shall be allowed from Jammu towards srinagar (only one way) in view of continuous shooting stones on Jammu-Srinagar highway on Monday, officials said.
As per the advisory of Jammu and Kashmir Traffic Police, Tomorrow, subject to fair weather and better road condition LMVS (Passenger)/ private Cars shall be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar (strictly one way) on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. TCU Jammu shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
Restriction on Dhar Road for HMVS with more than 10 tyres HMVS with only 06 and 10 tyres shall be allowed to ply through Dhar road.
CUT OFF TIMING:
LMVS,/private Cars from Nagrota (Jammu) 9 AM to 1 PM
& from Jakheni (Udhampur) 10 AM to 2 PM (subject to change depending on the road position then)
No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after cut off timings.
HMVs/Load Carriers
Subject to fair weather and better road condition, only stranded vehicles in Banihal jurisdiction shall be allowed towards Jammu
MUGHAL ROAD/SSG ROAD/KISHTWAR-SINTHAN ROAD
Mughal Road, Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumri Road and Kishtwar-Sinthan Road closed for vehicular movement in view of snow accumulation by the Administration.
