Jammu Srinagar National Highway Traffic Update For 21 February
The 278-km-long Jammu-Srinagar highway, shall remain open for two-way traffic on Monday, traffic officials informed.
As per advisory of Jammu and Kashmir Traffic Police, Tomorrow on 21-02-2022, subject to fair weather and better road conditions LMVs (Passenger)/private Cars shall be allowed from both sides on Jammu-Srinagar NHW viz Jammu towards Srinagar and vice versa. TCU Jammu/Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
CUT OFF TIMING:
LMVS/private Cars from Nagrota (Jammu) at 0600 hrs to 1200 hrs, from Jakheni (Udhampur) at 0700 hrs to 1300 hrs & from Navyug Tunnel (Qazigund side) 0700 hrs to 1300 hrs (subject to change depending on the road position then) No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after cut off timings.
HMVs/Load Carriers
Subject to fair weather and better road conditions, HMVS shall be allowed from Jakheni (Udhampur) towards Srinagar after assessing the traffic situation on NHW. TCU Udhampur shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the HMVS.
