Subject: Provisional Selection List of Staff Nurses in District Health Society Pulwama.

Reference: Advertisement No: NHM/DHS/Pul/541-546Dated: 05-07-2021.

In response to the Advertisement Notification No: NHM/DHS/Pul/541-546 Dated: 05-07-2021 and as recommended by the committee headed by
District Development Commissioner (Chairman District Health Society) Pulwama, the candidates Annexed at “A” are provisionally hired as Staff . Nurses in District Health Society Pulwama.

Note:
1. The hired candidates are informed to report, along with all the original/relevant testimonials in the office of the Chief Medical Officer-Pulwama (Vice Chairman District Health Society-Pulwama) within 5 (five) Days of the publication of Provisional Selection List.

2. Contract will be offered by the District Health Society Pulwama.

3. The hired candidate shall have to execute an agreement bond with the District Health Society Pulwama on a prescribed format.

4. In case at any time it is found that candidate has resorted to fraudulent means, his/her candidature will be cancelled without given any prior notice to candidate and is liable to punishment under relevant law/rule
