JKBOSE: Class 11th Exam forms Annual Regular 2021, Renewal Registration Returns (Recently Passed in 10th Pvt) – Details here

Schedule for Submission of:

a. Renewal Registration Returns through offline mode, and,

b. Permission-cum-Admission Forms through online mode, for Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Annual/Regular,2021 Examination pertaining to Kashmir Division.

Sequel to the declaration of the Secondary School (Class 10th) Annual (Private)/ Bi-Annual,2020-21 Examination pertaining to Kashmir Division on 13-11-2021, it is hereby notified for information and follow-up action of all the concerned, that the notification-schedule for submission of the related returns by the eligible candidates concerning Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) for Annual/Regular,2021 Examination shall be as under:

Eligibility:
Candidates who had appeared in Secondary School (Class 10th) Annual (Private)/ Bi-Annual,2020-21 Examination and declared successful in the result gazette dated.13-11-2021 and are eligible to appear in the HSP-I (Class 11th) Annual/ Regular, 2021 Examination, subject to the condition that they are provisionally admitted in schools having a minimum of 66% (online/ offline) attendance during the current Academic Session 2020-21, to be certified by the concerned Head of the Affiliated Academic Institutions at the time of submission of Renewal Registration Returns.

INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES:

1. The concerned candidates are informed to approach their respective Academic Institutions for submission of the Renewal Registration Returns and Permission-cum-Admission Forms for HSP-I (Class 11th) Annual/Regular,2021 Examination within the prescribed last date. In case the last date for submission of returns/ fee is declared as holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the last date.

2. The concerned Heads of the District/ Tehsil Offices of the BOSE shall ensure that the “Provisional Admission-cum-Attendance Certificate” is acquired from the Heads of the Affiliated Higher Secondary Schools of their dominion at the time of submission of Renewal R.R.

3. No claim, whatsoever, shall be accepted afterwards on account of late submission of information with regard to Provisional Admissions and PCA Form submission or any other issue in this regard.

Rest of the terms and conditions, as envisaged in the main notifications governing the submission of the related returns for the current Academic Session 2020-21, shall remain operational for this notification as well.
