Keeping in view the urgency involved in re-referring the withdrawn posts of Foresters to J&K SSB, the proposal
relating to the amendment, with respect to define the physical standards of male/female candidates for direct recruitment for the post of
Foresters was placed before
Competent Authority for seeking approval for issuance of Executive Order, so that these posts can be referred to the Recruiting Agency.

Education Qualification:
10+2 or equivalent qualification with Science subject with the following Physical Standards.
1)Physical Fitness test walk to be completed in 4 hours on foot.
-Male Candidate: 25 Kms
-Female Candidate: 16 Kms
2)Physical Fitness/Health Cetificate from Itne Chief Medical Officer
