SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment 2022 – Note:

Whereas University invited online applications for filling up of various NonTeaching posts to vide Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2022 dated 06-05-2022.

Whereas University has been receiving queries from the candidates regarding eligibility criteria for the posts of Live Stock /Veterinary Assistant & Field-cumLaboratory Assistant appearing at S. No. 06 & 07 respectively in the said Notification.

Whereas, the queries have been examined and it is hereby clarified that:

Candidates possessing qualifications of 10+2 Science Group with 50% marks (relaxable to 40% in respect of reserved categories) are eligible to apply for the said posts and, if selected will have to undergo an apprenticeship for a period of two years.

Candidates possessing qualifications of 10+2 Science Group with 50% marks (relaxable to 40% in respect of reserved categories)with a one-year diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry and allied fields from a recognized institute or B.Sc. degree are also eligible to apply and if selected, will have to undergo apprenticeship for a period of one year only.

SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment 2022: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/ Home Science/ Agricultural Engineering/and other professional fields or with a Master’s degree in a specialized subject, if selected, shall not be required to undergo the said apprenticeship.
