Only Domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir UT can apply. A valid domicile certificate must be uploaded with the application.
✔ Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream from a recognized university
- Minimum marks:
- 50% for Open Merit
- 45% for Reserved categories
- Candidates with Post-Graduation (50% marks) or PhD are also eligible
