Eligibility Criteria for Anganwadi Sahayika Posts
Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years
- Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026
Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: Matric (10th Pass)
- Candidates with 8th pass qualification may be considered if no matriculate candidate is available in the ward.
Domicile Requirement
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within the same electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
Selection Criteria for Anganwadi Helper Recruitment
The selection of candidates will be made strictly in accordance with Government Order No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022 and Order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023.
