Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales and reservation executives
- Develop and implement sales and reservation strategies
- Achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Generate reports and track sales performance
Qualifications
- Graduate preferably in Hotel/Tourism Management
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience in a leading DMC
- Strong team handling and analytical skills
- Experience working in sales/reservations/operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Salary
- Minimum Rs 40,000/- + incentives
