BGSBU Announces Counselling Schedule for Admission to BCA (Hons.) Programme 2025-26
Rajouri, August 4, 2025 — The Department of Computer Sciences at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri, has officially announced the counselling schedule for admission to the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) (Hons.) programme for the academic session 2025-26.
In a notification (No. BGSBU/DCS/25/188) dated August 4, 2025, the department stated that candidates who applied online through the university’s Samarth admission portal for additional seats are required to report in person for counselling on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Computer Science, BGSBU.

Failure to attend the counselling session or failure to submit the required documents may result in the forfeiture of the candidate’s claim to admission. In such cases, the vacant seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate as per the merit list.
