Essential Qualification
MSc. (Physics/Nanotechnology/Material B.E/B.Tech (Nanotechnology/Material Science) or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET-LS/GATE test.
Age Limit
28Yrs
Age Relaxation
The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to schedule castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates
Fellowship
Rs. 31,000/-pm+18% HRA (as per institute norms) in 1st & 2nd years Rs. 35000/-pm+18% HRA (as per institute norms) in 3rd year upon up-gradation.
