Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Process Server: The candidate must have passed 10+2 (12th) examination from a recognized board.
- Orderly: The candidate must have passed 10th (Matric) examination from a recognized board.
- Driver: The candidate must be Matriculate from a recognized board and possess a valid LMV/HMV driving license. Candidates working on an Adhoc or Daily Wage basis in Subordinate Courts are also eligible to apply, with relaxation in the age criteria.
Domicile Requirement
Candidates must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and should possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Age Limit
The age limits shall be as prescribed by the Government under Civil Service Regulations:
- Maximum age for Open Merit: 40 years
- Maximum age for reserved categories: 43 years

- The offline application forms will be available from 22.02.2025 to 08.03.2025 at the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge Ganderbal during office hours.

- Separate applications must be submitted for each post.
- Completed forms must be submitted in person at the administrative section of the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge Ganderbal. Applications sent via any other mode will not be accepted.
