District Employment & Counselling Centre Srinagar Announces Golden Opportunity for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir’s District Employment & Counselling Centre (DECC) Srinagar is offering a golden opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs in Srinagar district.
The DECC is inviting applications from interested candidates for three schemes:
Mumkin: This scheme aims to establish sustainable livelihoods in the transport sector. Unemployed youth will be facilitated to procure small commercial vehicles with a 20% subsidy and zero initial personal investment. No guarantor is required.
Tejaswini: This scheme empowers women to establish gainful self-employment ventures by providing financial assistance of up to Rs 5.00 lakh. The scheme offers a 10% subsidy and a Rs 60,000 interest subsidy.
Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative: This scheme provides financial assistance for establishing a new business or expanding an existing one. The scheme offers financial assistance of up to Rs 20.00 lakh, with a 5% contribution by the government and an interest subsidy of Rs 2 lakh.
