Document Verification Notification by JKSSB
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification for document verification of candidates falling under the consideration zone for various posts. As per the notice, a candidate, whose details are provided in Annexure “A”, is required to appear in person for document verification on August 12, 2024, at the JKSSB Central Office, located in the Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar.
Important Instructions:
– Failure to Appear: If the candidate does not attend the document verification on the scheduled date, it will result in the forfeiture of their right to selection.
– Documents Required: The candidate must bring the following documents/certificates in original, along with one set of self-attested copies:
1. Copy of Application Form.
2. Two recent passport-size color photographs.
3. Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.).
4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
5. Valid Category Certificate (if applicable).
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. Marks Sheet of Matric/Matric with Science.
8. Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diploma/Experience certificates as per the Advertisement Notification.
9. Bonafide Certificate on the format prescribed by the Board, issued by the concerned Institute/Board for candidates who obtained their qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
10. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted at the time of document verification.
