Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Aishmuqam Invites Applications for TGT (Computer Science) on Contract Basis
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Aishmuqam, Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, is inviting applications for the post of TGT (Computer Science) on a purely contract basis for the academic year 2024-25.
Eligibility:
- Essential Qualifications:
- BCA from a recognized university OR
- Graduation in Computer Science from a recognized university (with Computer Science as the main subject in all years) OR
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. Degree
- Passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II conducted by CBSE (CTET may be relaxed as one time relaxation).
- Desirable: Competence to teach in English & Hindi/other regional language.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 50 years but not below 18 years as on 01.08.2024.

Remuneration: Rs. 40625 per month
Period of Contract: 20.08.2024 to 31.03.2025 or till the joining of the regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
Note: Non B.Ed candidates may also apply along with B.Ed candidates. However, Non B.Ed candidates will be considered only in case of non-availability of B.Ed candidates.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates can apply personally in the prescribed application form with a recent passport size photograph from 09.08.2024 to 13.08.2024. Intimation to the shortlisted candidates will be given through email on 14.08.2024, and the interview of shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 16.08.2024 in the Vidyalaya (JNV Aishmuqam Distt. Anantnag). Shortlisted candidates must bring self-attested copies of testimonials/certificates/recent PP size photograph/ID proof etc. The application form can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
