J&K Bank Invites Applications for Credit Auditors from Retired Officers of PSU Banks
Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd is inviting online applications from retired officers of J&K Bank and other Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) banks for engagement as Credit Auditors. The selected candidates will serve for the period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, across various states and Union Territories (UTs) in the country.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Retired Officers: Candidates must be retired honorably, either superannuated or through Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS), and should not have been awarded any major or minor punishment. They must provide a certificate from the Human Resource Department of the head office of their respective employer banks.

2. Experience: Applicants should have retired in Scale III or above and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience as an Officer in a bank, with a satisfactory track record. This includes at least 3 years of experience in high-value credit, project finance, consortium lending, foreign exchange portfolio management, or a related field.
3. Age Limit: The applicant must not be above the age of 65 years as of September 1, 2024.
4. Medical Fitness: Candidates must submit a medical certificate (minimum MBBS) confirming their fitness to carry out the duties of Credit Auditors. They should also be capable of traveling to distant locations for audit/security verification if required.

5. Technical Proficiency: Applicants should possess adequate computer knowledge and be familiar with Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS) as audits will be conducted online.
Application Process:
Interested candidates can download the application form from the bank’s official website. The completed form, along with the necessary documents, should be submitted online within 14 days from the date of publication of this notification, i.e., by September 4, 2024. Hard copies of the application can also be sent to the Deputy General Manager, S, C, and Audit Division, J&K Bank Corporate Headquarters, M.A. Road, Srinagar 190001, by September 7, 2024.
