J&K BOPEE Announces Provisional Selection List for BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BPT Courses 2024

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional Selection List for admissions to BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, and BPT courses for the year 2024. This follows Stray Round-III of counseling conducted physically on 16th December 2024 for Government and Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.
Reporting Instructions for Selected Candidates
Candidates who have been allotted seats provisionally must report to their respective colleges by 19th December 2024 with the following original documents:
- Domicile Certificate
- 12th Class Marks Card
- D.O.B Certificate/10th Class Marks Card
- Category Certificate (where applicable)
- NEET 2024 Score Card
- Any additional documents required by the College Authorities
Important Deadline:
Candidates must report on or before 19.12.2024 by 04:00 PM. Those failing to do so may forfeit their seats and become ineligible for further counseling.
Colleges must report any shortfall in admissions by 19.12.2024 at 05:00 PM to enable the Board to take further necessary action.
Key Notes for Candidates and Institutions:
- Admission is provisional and can be canceled if the information provided by a candidate is found false or fabricated.
- Concealment of information will result in cancellation ab-initio and potential penalties.
- Candidates are advised to visit their allotted colleges immediately for fee payments and formalities.
- Institutions are responsible for verifying documents and eligibility before confirming admissions.
- Colleges must ensure admission counters remain operational on holidays/off-days to facilitate the process.
Final Reminder
All candidates and Heads of Institutions must adhere strictly to the timelines mentioned in this notification. The shortfall report must be submitted both via email and in hard copy to the Board by 19th December 2024 at 05:00 PM.
