J&K High Court Recruitment 2024: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has released an advertisement notification (No. 06 of 2024/87) inviting online applications for various posts in the Subordinate Judiciary of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. This recruitment drive is targeted at filling the positions of Junior Assistants, Steno-Typists, System Officer, and System Assistants.

J&K High Court Recruitment 2024: Post Details and Eligibility Criteria:
1. Junior Assistant (Level-4, ₹25,500-81,100)
– Total Posts: 207 (Jammu: 126, Kashmir: 81)
– Qualifications: Graduation from a recognized university with a certificate course in Computer Application.

2. Steno-Typist (Level-5, ₹29,200-92,300)
– Total Posts: 71 (Jammu: 41, Kashmir: 30)
– Qualifications:
– Graduation or equivalent from any recognized university.
– Diploma in Shorthand and Typewriting from a recognized institute with a speed of 60 W.P.M. in Shorthand and 30 W.P.M. in typing.
3. System Officer (Level-4, ₹25,500-81,100)
– Total Posts: 01 (Jammu)
– Qualifications: MCA, BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
4. System Assistant (Level-2, ₹19,900-63,200)
– Total Posts: 08 (Jammu: 05, Kashmir: 03)
– Qualifications: BCA/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication Engineering/IT from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.

Age Criteria (As of 01 January 2024):
– Minimum age: 18 years.
– Maximum age varies by category:
– 40 years for Open Merit candidates.
– 43 years for Reserved Category candidates.
– 42 years for Physically Challenged candidates.
– 48 years for Ex-Servicemen.
– 40 years for Government Service/Contractual employees.

– A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is required to apply for these positions. The fee should be submitted online via the Recruitment Portal of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
