J&K Power Department Issues Major Transfers, Postings of Executive Engineers
The Power Development Department, Jammu & Kashmir (PDD) on 29 November 2025 issued a fresh round of transfers and postings of officers, following their elevation to In-charge (I/c) Executive Engineers (Electric). The order is issued via Government Order 160‑JK(PDD) of 2025, succeeding an earlier placement under Government Order 141‑JK(PDD) of 2025 dated 17 October 2025.

Notable movements include:
- Riyaz Ahmad Kababi, Bilquise Draboo, Munib‑ur Rehman, Rajesh Sharma, Rohit Bhagotra, Zahoor Ahmad Rather, Qaiser Khalil Qadri, Ghulam Nabi Mir, Malik Habib Ahmad, Vinod Kumar, Peer Abdul Hamid — among others — have been posted to key divisions such as KPDCL (Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Ltd), JPDCL (Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd), JKPTCL (J&K Power Transmission Corporation Ltd) and related wings, based on available vacancies.
- Some officers, while posted to new divisions, will also hold additional charge of existing responsibilities until further orders.
