Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Telecaller (14 Positions)
- Honorarium: ₹20,000 per month
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in the education sector
2. Team Leader – Telecaller Team (1 Position)
- Honorarium: ₹25,000 per month
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in any discipline + Post Graduate Diploma in Management OR MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant field
3. Data Entry Operator (10 Positions)
- Honorarium: ₹20,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline + 1-Year Diploma in Computer Applications
- OR B.Sc IT/ B.Sc Computer Applications/ M.Sc IT/ MCA
- Experience: 1-year relevant experience required
4. Team Leader – Data Entry Operator Team (1 Position)
- Honorarium: ₹25,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any discipline
- OR PGDBM/ BBA/ MBA/ 1-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant field
Additional Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Knowledge of government education policies is an advantage
- Fluency in English, Urdu, Dogri, Kashmiri, Gojri, or Hindi is preferred
Age Limit
- 18 to 37 years (as of January 1, 2025)
- Age relaxation as per government rules
