Consequent upon issuance of counselling schedule for conduct of Special Stray Vacancy Round by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) Government of India vide Notice No. U-12021/02/2023-MEC (PII) Dated: 15-11-2023 for admission to DNB (Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB/Post MBBS Diploma DNB) courses -2023 and in pursuance of Notification No. 088-BOPEE of 2023 dated 26.09.2023, it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned eligible candidates that the Board shall conduct Special Stray Vacancy Round for admission to DNB (Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB/Post MBBS Diploma DNB) courses- 2023 in Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K for the seats which have remained unfilled or received as shortfall/resignations after conclusion of 2/ Mop Up Round of counselling for admission to these courses as per the following schedule:-
The eligible and willing candidates have to report at BOPEE offices Jammu Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities, from 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon on 25.11.2023.
Note-1:
The following procedure shall be followed during conduct of Special Stray Vacancy Round of physical counselling.
1. It is enjoined upon all the eligible candidates that they shall visit/attend counselling only after checking the Seat Matrix available on the official website of the Board.
2. Candidates already holding a seat joined through AIQ or State counselling including private/Deemed quota seats are not eligible to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round of MCC.
3. The candidates who have not been allotted any seat or remained absent during 1″, 2/Mop up Round of counselling shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
4. The eligible participating candidates shall be advised to bring Domicile certificate,
NBE Score Card and a copy of NOC issued by the concerned department at the time.
