JKBOPEE Important notification for B.Ed Courses 2023
Conduct of Second Round (upgradation/ allotment) of (Physical) counseling for admission to B.Ed. Courses- 2023 in Institute of Advance Studies (formally Government College of Education), M.A. Road Srinagar, Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu & Composite Research Centre (CRC), Bemina Srinagar.

Pursuant to Notification No.098-BOPEE of 2023 dated: 18.10.2023 & No.118- BOPEE of 2023 dated 18.11.2023, the Board has received the shortfall of seats from Institute of Advance Studies (formally Government College of Education) M. A. Road Srinagar Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bemina Srinagar and Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu respectively. In order to fill the seats received as shortfall and the seats which have remained vacant after the conclusion of first round of counselling, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the Second Round (Upgradation/Allotment) of Counseling (Physical) on 1st of December, 2023 as per the following schedule:-

The eligible candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu / Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities, from 11.00 a.m. to12.00 Noon on the day/date of counseling for above Courses.
It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the upgradation/allotment of seats during the Second Round of Counseling shall be purely on provisional basis and shall not confer any preferential right on the provisionally selected
candidates and shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending in any competent court of law on the subject.
