The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the tentative schedule for registration and conduct of entrance examinations for admission to various professional courses for the academic session 2025-26. The notice aims to inform prospective candidates in advance about the upcoming admission process.

Highlights of the Notice

  1. Course Availability:
    • B.Sc. Technology and Medical Record Technician (MRT) courses will be available exclusively at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar.
    • The PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP) will be offered at the Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bemina, Srinagar.
  2. Tentative Nature of the Schedule:
    • The schedule is preliminary and subject to changes as deemed necessary by the Board. Candidates should regularly check the JKBOPEE website for updates.
  3. NEET-Based Admissions:
    • Counselling for NEET-PG/DNB/MD-AYUSH/NEET-UG, including DDH/DDM/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BPT courses for 2025, will depend on the results declared by the respective national authorities like the National Board of Examinations (NBE), National Testing Agency (NTA), and AIAPGET. The results must be provided to JKBOPEE by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare or Ministry of AYUSH.
  4. Regular Updates and Information Brochures:
    • Candidates are advised to visit the official JKBOPEE website (www.jkbopee.gov.in) for updates.
    • Detailed course-wise e-information brochures, including registration and preference submission processes, will be made available online before the start of the application process.
  5. Admission Conditions:
    • Admission to any course is contingent upon approval from the relevant competent authorities.
    • Merely applying online or appearing for the Common Entrance Test does not guarantee admission.
