JKBOSE Notification for Class 11th Re-evaluation and Photostat Copies: Session Annual (Pvt)/Bi-Annual 2024

The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification for all eligible candidates of Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Examination, Session Annual (Pvt)/Bi-Annual 2024, regarding the application process for obtaining Photostat copies of their answer scripts and re-evaluation of the same. Candidates can apply online via the JKBOSE official website (www.jkbose.nic.in) as per the schedule outlined below.

Important Dates:

1. Opening of Online Application for Photostat/Answer Script Copy: November 26, 2024
2. Last Date for Applying for Photostat Copy: December 10, 2024
3. Last Date for Filling Re-evaluation Forms: December 17, 2024

JKBOSE Notification for class 11th and 12th Annual Regular 2025

Fee Details:

• Re-evaluation Fee: ₹520 per answer script.
• Photostat Copy Fee: ₹270 per answer script.

Fees must be deposited online using Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or Net Banking.

Instructions for Filling Forms:

1. Photostat copies of answer scripts will be uploaded on the JKBOSE website in a phased manner. Students can collect their copies as per the schedule published by the concerned JKBOSE secrecy sections.
2. Candidates failing to collect their Photostat copies on the scheduled date will not be entitled to re-evaluation. JKBOSE will not be responsible for delays.
3. If a candidate is unable to collect the hard copy of the requested script due to distance, they may request a soft copy via email.

4. Students must adhere to the collection schedule and not visit the JKBOSE office without prior notice.

Eligibility:

• Candidates disqualified or with canceled exam papers are not eligible to apply for Photostat copies or re-evaluation.
