JKBOSE Notification: Submission of Internal Assessment Awards for 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification for all government and private educational institutions in the Kashmir Division, including Kargil. Heads of institutions must submit the Internal Assessment awards for SSE (Class 10th), HSE-I (Class 11th), and HSE-II (Class 12th) for the Annual Regular 2025 session (Soft and Hard Zones) to the concerned Divisional Secrecy, Sub, or Branch Offices of JKBOSE by February 18, 2025.

Key Deadlines

• February 18, 2025: Last date for schools to submit internal assessment awards to the concerned JKBOSE offices.
• February 22, 2025: Last date for Sub/Branch Board Offices to compile and forward the awards to the Office of Assistant Secretary, Secrecy.

Instructions for Submission

To ensure smooth processing and avoid inconvenience, institutions must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Official Format: Marks must be recorded using prescribed formats available on the JKBOSE website (www.jkbose.nic.in).
2. Legibility: Entries must be clear, without any overwriting, cutting, or use of correction fluid.
3. Submission in Duplicate: Internal assessment records should be submitted in duplicate, including complete examination roll numbers, subject examiner signatures, and attestation by the Head of the Institution.
4. Record Maintenance: Schools must keep a properly signed copy of the Internal Assessment records for future reference.
5. Timely Submission: Late submissions will attract penalties as per JKBOSE norms.
6. Institutional Accountability: Any errors in submission will hold the institution responsible.
