1. Management Executive (Accounts & Finance)

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)
• Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA/Cost & Management Accountant OR
  • Full-time MBA/Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Finance (minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification executive experience

2. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance)

• No. of Posts: 01 (ST category – Ladakh domicile only)
• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA)
• Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA/Cost & Management Accountant OR
  • Full-time MBA/Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Finance (minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution)

3. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance)

• No. of Posts: 03 (Unreserved)
• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA)
• Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA/Cost & Management Accountant OR
  • Full-time MBA/Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Finance (minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution)

4. Executive Assistant (Human Resources)

• No. of Posts: 01 (Unreserved)
• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA)
• Qualifications:
  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution/university.

🔍 Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as of 30-06-2025
  • SC/ST: Relaxation up to 5 years
  • OBC: Relaxation up to 3 years
