JKSSB Document Verification for Supervisor, Social Welfare Department: Details & Instructions

2. Two recent passport-sized color photographs.
3. One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Voter card, PAN card, Passport, etc.).
4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th diploma/marks card).
5. Valid category certificate (for candidates applying under reserved categories).
6. Domicile certificate.
7. 10+2 marks sheet/diploma.
8. Graduation degree from a recognized university.
Note: Candidates who applied for an additional 5 marks must bring the required documentation regarding their qualification.
9. Bonafide certificate (for those who obtained their degree outside J&K).
10. Checklist form (Annexure “B”).
11. Order of preferences for various Items/Cadres (Annexure “C”).
Important Points:
Candidates must bring all the necessary documents in both original and self-attested copies.
The offline submission of preferences should only be made for items and districts selected in the application form.
Any other prescribed documents as mentioned in the original advertisement must also be submitted.
