JKSSB Extends Last Date for Junior Assistant & Stenographer Online Applications till November 25, 2025
The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has extended the last date for submission of online application forms for the recruitment of Junior Assistant, Junior Scale Stenographer, and Junior Stenographer posts under various UT/Divisional/District cadre departments in J&K.
The extension has been granted for the posts advertised under Notification No. 08 of 2025 dated 27 September 2025.
The initial deadline for online applications was November 18, 2025. However, following numerous representations from candidates seeking additional time to complete their registration process, the Board examined the matter and approved an extension.
According to the official notice issued today, the new last date to apply online is November 25, 2025.
JKSSB Advisory to Candidates
The Board has advised aspirants to submit their applications well before the closing date to avoid any issues like:
- Website disconnection
- Server load during peak hours
- Login errors due to heavy traffic
“Candidates are advised, in their own interest, to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date,” the notice reads.
