The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is set to conduct the Common Merit List (CML) based Written Examination for the post of Panchayat Secretary in the Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department. Here are crucial details regarding the release of Admit Cards and essential instructions for candidates:

Examination Details:
– Date: 10th December 2023
– Districts: Across District Cadres
– Advertisement Notification: No. 03 of 2022, Item Nos. 059 to 077

Admit Card Release:
– Admit Cards will be available on the official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) from 4th December 2023 to 10th December 2023.

Downloading Process:
– Candidates can download Admit Cards using their E-mail ID and Date of Birth.
– Carefully read the instructions provided in the Admit Card.

Help Desk:
– In case of difficulties or issues, candidates can contact the JKSSB Help Desk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu) / 0194-2435089 (Srinagar) or write to k558 at beldesk.com.
– Help Desk will be active from 4th December 2023 to 10th December 2023 during office hours.

Candidature Rules:
– Misrepresentation, concealment of facts, impersonation, or fraud may lead to the cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action.
– The Board reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage if the candidate is found ineligible.

Negative Marking:
– There will be negative marking for wrong answers (1/4 of allotted marks for each wrong answer).
– Detailed criteria of selection and syllabus are available on the official website.

Latest Updates:
– Candidates are advised to stay updated with the JKSSB’s official website (www.ksh.sc/n) for the latest information on examinations.
– Admit cards will not be sent by post.

Admit Card Download Procedure:
