JKSSB Withdraws Several Posts Under Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department
Srinagar, October 10, 2024 – The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially withdrawn several advertised posts within the Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department. These posts, previously advertised under Notification No. 03 of 2021, dated June 4, 2021, include positions for Draftsman, Assistant Information Officer, Assistant Law Officer, Data Operator, and Research Assistant.
The Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department had initially referred the posts, including two for Draftsman, one for Assistant Information Officer, one for Assistant Law Officer, three for Data Operator, and nine for Research Assistant. However, in a letter (FST-PCC/14/2024-02) dated September 11, 2024, the department requested the withdrawal of these positions, citing administrative reasons.
In response, JKSSB, through communication No. JKSSB-PLAN/27/2022-06, dated October 10, 2024, confirmed the withdrawal. Consequently, candidates who applied for these posts are informed that the positions are no longer available.
