The University of Kashmir on Tuesday have introduced a Mobile Helpline specifically for addressing queries related to examinations.
This initiative was launched by the Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University Prof Nilofer Khan in presence of Dean Academic Affairs, Prof. Khursheed Ahmad Butt, Registrar, Prof Naseer Iqbal and Controller of Examinations, Dr. Majid Zaman.
Prof. Nilofer Khan, Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University said that this pioneering service features an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, enabling all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to express their concerns for prompt resolution,” .
She further emphasized that the University of Kashmir provides high-quality support and services to its community. The launch of this mobile helpline reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in academic administration.
Dr. Majid Zaman, the Controller of Examinations at Kashmir University told the Rising Kashmir that the university has established a dedicated mobile helpline number to assist with examination-related inquiries
“The mobile helpline number, 9718827412, is intended to offer timely support on various examination matters, including Degree Certificates and Transcripts, Results, Revaluation and Rechecking, Examination Forms, Admit Card information, and Billing and Awards, ” Zaman said
Controller of Examinations said that By calling the helpline number, users can navigate the IVR system to connect with a representative for additional assistance. This initiative seeks to enhance communication, decrease response times, and improve overall satisfaction among all university stakeholders,” he added.
