Recruitment Advertisement: Project Associate-I Position in Environmental Science at University of Kashmir
The Department of Environmental Science at the University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Project Associate-I for a research project titled “A Holistic Assessment of Ecosystem Integrity of Kashmir’s Alpine Lakes through Multi-Level Indicators”. The position is funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) and is temporary, with an initial duration of one year that can be extended up to three years based on performance and project requirements.
Position Details:
- Position: Project Associate-I
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 31,000 P.M + HRA
Eligibility:
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science with NET.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in aquatic science research.
- Physical fitness for field research in high-altitude regions of Kashmir, involving activities like trekking, camping, and boating.
