KU: Notification regarding applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor

University of Kashmir: Provisional API Scores for Assistant Professor Posts

University of Kashmir has issued an important notification for applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor in various subjects. This notification follows Advertisement Notice No. 13 of 2023, dated 19th December 2023. The applicants can now check their provisional API score as per the UGC Regulation 2018.

1. Computer Sciences
   • Main Campus

2. Kashmiri (CCAS)
   • Main Campus
   • Post Code: PGD-CA-22
3. Physics
   • Main Campus
     • Post Code: PGD-PH-06
   • Kupwara Campus
     • Post Codes: KPU-PH-06, KPU-PH-07, KPU-PH-08
4. Mathematics
   • Main Campus
     • Post Code: PGD-MA-09
   • Kupwara Campus
     • Post Code: KPU-MA-02

Important Instructions:

• Provisional API Scores: Applicants are directed to check their provisional API scores on the official KU Recruitment Portal using their user ID and password starting from 19th October 2024.
• Grievances Submission: In case of any genuine grievances regarding the submission of documents, applicants are required to approach the Recruitment Section within three working days with valid proof.
• Final Chance for Pending Documents: Applicants who failed to submit hard copies of their documents but completed the online form are also given a final opportunity to submit them within the stipulated time.
• No Further Representations: The University has made it clear that no representations will be entertained after the last date.
