1. Tender Notification – Civil and Plumbing Works at IUST (16-05-2025)
IUST has invited tenders for Stage Contract Civil and Plumbing Works for the academic year 2025–26. The project will be carried out at the university’s main campus in Awantipora, J&K. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the detailed tender document and submit their proposals as per the stipulated guidelines.
2. Makeup Examination Form – Autumn 2024 (15-05-2025)
Students who missed their Autumn-2024 examinations can now submit Makeup Examination Forms. This includes a dedicated form release on May 15 and an additional notice listing all eligible candidates.
3. Research Opportunities at IUST
- JC Bose Fellowship Program: IUST is accepting applications for the position of Research Associate under the prestigious DST-SERB-sponsored JC Bose Fellowship Program.
- Project Associate I – Department of Chemistry: An additional opening has been announced for a Project Associate I in the Department of Chemistry, inviting postgraduate scholars with relevant expertise to apply.

A new retender notice has been issued for the “Providing & Installation of 30KVA Automatic Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer” at the IUST Campus-I. Interested vendors are advised to respond promptly in accordance with the revised tender specifications
