Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Maximum 29 years as on September 17, 2025.
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
- Field Engineer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in the relevant field with at least 55% marks.
Application Fee
- Field Engineer: ₹400
- Field Supervisor: ₹300
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: No Fee
Salary Package
- Field Engineer: CTC up to ₹8.9 lakh per annum
- Field Supervisor: CTC up to ₹6.8 lakh per annum (approx.)
The package includes basic pay, DA, HRA, and additional perks as per PGCIL norms.
Selection Process
- Written Test (Technical & Aptitude)
- Interview (for Field Engineers only)
- Final Merit List based on performance in exams, document verification, and medical examination.
