Recruitment Notice: Helpers/AAYAs under ECCE for 2024-25, Qualification 8th Pass

Applications are invited for the engagement of Helpers/AAYAs in pre-primary schools under the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) initiative for the academic year 2024-2025. Interested candidates must submit their applications on plain paper, accompanied by necessary documents, to the designated office by 30th November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Gender: Only female candidates are eligible.
2. Residence: The applicant must reside in the ward where the school is located.
3. Economic Status: Applicants must belong to the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category.
4. Physical Fitness: Candidates should be physically fit and not engaged in other employment.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 8th class pass.
• Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered if no eligible applicants are available in the ward.

8th Pass Anganwadi Helpers Recruitment Notice 2024, Check Last Date

Preference Categories (in order):

1. Candidates from BPL families.
2. Widows.
3. Divorcees.
4. Orphans.
5. Candidates from economically weakest sections.

Age Limit:

Applicants must be between 18 to 45 years as of 1st January 2024.

Honorarium:

• Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹5,000, subject to annual approval.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist teachers in managing students during school hours, including mealtime and outdoor activities.
2. Escort children during arrival and departure from school.
3. Ensure cleanliness and provide basic care for children.
4. Maintain records of daily activities and ensure a safe environment for children.

Selection Process:

• Preference will be given to elder candidates from the same ward.
• Selection lists will be displayed on school notice boards.
• Appeals regarding the selection process can be made to the Chief Education Officer, Srinagar, within 15 days of selection.
