Essential Qualifications
- Conditioning Expert:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science/Exercise Science/Physical Education.
- Certifications like ASCA Level-4/CSCS/UKCC/NSCA, or equivalent.
- Assistant Coach:
- Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NIS or any recognized institution.
- Experience as an international player or relevant domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conditioning Expert:
- Plan and implement sports-specific strength training.
- Assess athletes’ performance and collaborate with coaches for training needs.
- Maintain data on athletes’ fitness and training progress.
- Assistant Coach:
- Train athletes with modern techniques.
- Promote participation in national and international events.
- Assist in talent identification and development.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications, experience, and sports achievements.
- Interview: Candidates will be evaluated on domain expertise, knowledge of sports sciences, aptitude, training principles, and soft skills.
