✅ Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 1st July 2025):
- Technician Grade-I Signal: 18 to 33 years
- Technician Grade-III: 18 to 30 years
(Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.)
Educational Qualification:
- Technician Grade-I Signal: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication) OR B.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation.
- Technician Grade-III: 10th Pass with ITI in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute.
💸 Application Fee
- General/OBC: ₹500 (₹400 refundable after appearing in CBT)
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Minorities/EBC: ₹250 (fully refundable after appearing in CBT)
- Correction Fee: ₹250 per modification (non-refundable)
📝 Selection Process
The selection will be done through:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
The CBT will have negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong answer.
💰 Pay Scale
- Technician Grade-I Signal: Pay Level 5 (₹29,200/- per month)
- Technician Grade-III: Pay Level 2 (₹19,900/- per month) (Additional allowances as per Railway norms.)
