The Department of Social Work at the University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar, is inviting applications for the following temporary positions under a short-term research project titled “Experiences of stigma & discrimination: A study of people living with HIV AIDS and key population in Jammu and Kashmir” led by Dr. Wakar Amin Zargar.
Positions Available
Research Officer
Duration: 4 months
Eligibility:
Postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, or Management
M.Phil or Ph.D. degree, or completion of Ph.D. residency period
Remuneration: ₹15,000 (Lump sum)
Field Investigator
Duration: 4 months
Eligibility: Postgraduate in Social Work
Remuneration: ₹12,000 (Lump sum)
Data Entry Operator
Duration: 1 month
Eligibility: 6-month course in MS Office
Remuneration: ₹10,000 (Lump sum)

Last Date of Application: August 3, 2024
Nature of Positions: Temporary, co-terminus with the project duration.
Required Documents: Candidates must bring relevant documents during the interview.
No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowances will be provided for the interview.
