Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post on a day to
day basis in an ICMR-funded adhoc project”Factors associated with sudden deaths among adults aged 18-45 years, lndia:Multi-centric matched case-control study “for the duration of t-2 months(subject to extension of the project) on day to day basis. The application will be received from the individuals by hand on the date of walk-in-interview between 11 am to 12. pm in the Pathology Seminar Hall of SKIMS, Soura. The candidates may fill the application on white paper in the given format (attached). Candidates have to bring one set of self-attested photocopies along with the original certificates and also the latest photograph. After verification of the application, the eligible candidates will be interviewed. The candidates have to make their own arrangements for attending the walk-in-interview.
Terms and conditions:
1. The above positions are on a te1nporary contract basis.
2. The Appointing Authority has the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any
reason(s) and no con·espondence in this matter will be entertained.
3. The appointment can be terminated with seven days notice from either side without assigning any reason.
4. Since, the posts are temporary; the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment at SKIMS, Soura or continuation of his/ her services in any other project. _
5. Other allowances like CCA, LTC, Medical Claim and PF are not applicable.
6. The results of the final selection will be placed on notice board within days.
7. The recruited project staff is not eligible for leave as per project recruitment rul\:S and will
have to give an undertaking before joining.
8. At the time of joining duty, the candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), Experience, ·Aadhaar Card, Community and PH certificates (if applicable), passport size photograph along with one set of photocopies of the certificates duly attested ( can be self-attested) for verification.
9. The conditions of employment will be the same as that of the project staff on a contract day to day basis.
10. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
