Hiring of Ponies/Porters in connection with
SANJY-2023 duties.
In view of forthcoming Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatra-2023 and to facilitate the devotees from security point of view, applications are invited from interested registered Pony/Porter Walla’s for providing of Ponies/Potters to District Police Anantnag for carriage of Defense material/Store/Ration/Tin Sheets/Tents/Arms-Ammunition/Bag & Baggage etc. for CAPF/State Police (UT) and its wings via Chandanwari & Baltal axis upto Holy Cave vice versa.

► The applications shall reach to the office of
undersigned within 05 days from the date of
publication of this notice.
► No application form shall be entertained after expiry of stipulated date.
► The approved pony-porter walla shall have to provide ponies-porters as per the requirement of In- charge pony-porter District Anantnag camp Baltal/Chandanwari during SANJY-2023 duties.
► The approved pony-porter walla’s have to
remain available at Baltal/Chandanwari round
the clock in close liaison with the In-charge
pony-porter of District Anantnag till the
culmination of SANJY-2023 duties.
► If any pony-porter walla fails in providing
ponies & porters at any stage during the Yatra
period, his payment shall be forfeited without
issuing any notice thereof.
► The department will not be responsible for
any accidental or natural loss caused to the
pony/porter while providing the service for
SANJY-2023 duties.
► The approved pony- porter walla’s have to
surrender original license in the o ce of
undersigned till the culmination of SANJY-
2023 duties.
► The interested registered pony-porter walla’s have to deposit CDR of Rs. 0.50 lac duly pledged to Accounts Officer to SSP Anantnag as security deposit.
► The pony-porter walla shall have to submit an affadavit after mentioning therein that he will abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the notice. (Affidavit format can be had from the office of undersigned).
► The payment in respect of ponies/porters shall be made as per the rates Fixed by DC Anantnag & DC Ganderbal.
► The pony/poter wallas will not claim for the
payment before the funds are released by PHQ J&K.
► The undersigned reserves the right to reject
the services of any pony/porter walla during
the period of SANJY-2023, without assigning
reasons whatsoever.
