Pursuant to Notification No. 093-BOPEE of 2023 dated 13.10.2023, the 2nd / Mop Up Round of counselling (Physical) for Upgradation/Allotment of Seats of (Post MBBS/Post MBBS Diploma/Post Diploma) DNB courses 2023 in various Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K was conducted by the Board on 15th October, 2023 at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar Simultaneously. The list of candidates who have been provisionally upgraded/allotted
seats/disciplines in Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this Notification which shall remain available on official website of the Board i.e.
www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
Because of paucity of time Board has decided to club the 2nd round and Mop Up Round of the counselling. The candidates upgraded/ allotted seats/ disciplines/ institutions during 2
nd /Mop Up Round shall have to join in their allotted colleges by or before 20.10.2023 upto 4:00 p.m. positively
from the date of issuance of this notification.
It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the
Upgradation/Allotment of seats during the 2nd / Mop Up Round of counselling shall be purely on provisional basis and shall not confer any preferential right upon the selected candidates and shall
be subject to outcome, of any writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of Law.
It shall be sole responsibility of the Heads of the Colleges/ Institutions concerned to ensure proper checking/verification of following documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed to join the course he/she is provisionally selected for:
