Candidates must have obtained a Master’s Degree in the relevant subjects specified against each discipline. The degrees should be from Institutions/Universities recognized by ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research)/VCI (Veterinary Council of India)/UGC (University Grants Commission). Additionally, candidates should have an OGPA (Overall Grade Point Average) of not less than 7.00 on a 10.00 scale or 70% marks under the traditional system. The qualification should follow the 10+2+4 duration/system at the graduation level.
