Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Announces New Exam Centers for Class 12th Students
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced that some class 12th students will be taking their exams at new locations‘ for the 2024 annual regular session. The affected students are those who are in the “soft zone” and have roll numbers between 360069000 and 360070127.
The new exam centers are:
- Govt. HSS Kandoli Nagrota (for students with roll numbers 360069000 to 360069109‘ and 360070000 to 360070050)
- Govt. HSS Camp Jagti Nagrota (for students with roll numbers 360069110 to 360069122 and 360070051 to 360070127)

The JKBOSE has not given a reason for the change in exam centers. However, the notification says that the new centers are “newly constituted”. This suggests that they may be new schools or buildings that have been recently opened.
