JKSSB Releases Notice for Document Verification of Sub-Inspector (Finance) Posts
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released a notification calling for the document verification of candidates who are under consideration for the post of Sub-Inspector (Finance Department), UT/Divisional Cadre. The document verification is being conducted for the posts advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated December 16, 2020.
Who is Eligible
Candidates who appeared in the OMR Based Written Examination held on March 10, 2024 for the post of Sub Inspector, Finance Department are eligible for document verification. The list of candidates who are under consideration for the post is given in Annexure-A of the notification.
What to Bring
Candidates who are called for document verification will need to bring the following original documents/certificates along with one set of self-attested copies:
- Copy of Online Application Form(s)
- Two passport size recent colour photographs
- One original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.)
- D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
- Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories
- Domicile Certificate
- Graduation Degree from any recognized University
- Order/letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date), if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification
- Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Institute in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K
- The candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items (as per Annexure B) in offline mode to the document verification committees
- Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V. (as per Annexure C)
How to Apply
The candidates who are shortlisted for document verification will be informed about the schedule and venue through a separate notification. The notification does not mention any application process for document verification.
