Floor Managers
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant or hotel floor
- Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Resolve guest complaints
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years experience working as a Floor Manager in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for the hospitality industry
Production Managers
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of bakery, confectionery, and ready-to-eat snacks
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
- Related work experience in the production of bakery, confectionery, and ready-to-eat snacks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for the food industry
