Faculty Recruitment 2024 at NIT: Salary, Eligibility, and Application Details
The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur has announced recruitment for several faculty positions. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the position through the official website of NIT at nitdgp.ac.in.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree and have a PhD Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

Application Fee
The Candidate should pay processing fee of Rs 1,500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates by SBI Collect as per the details given in the payment link. SC, ST, PWD and Female candidates are exempted from paying application processing fee.

- Assistant Professor Grade-II: Pay Level10 Rs 70,900
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Pay Level 12 Rs 1,01,500
- Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 Rs 1,39,600
- Professor Pay Level 14A: Rs 1,59,100
