Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Announces Admission in DBT-Supported M.Sc. Bioresources Biotechnology Programme

   

The Department of Biotechnology at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri (J&K), India is inviting applications for admission to its DBT-supported M.Sc. Bioresources Biotechnology Programme for the 2024-25 academic session.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4-year B.Sc. (Physical Assistant Course).
  • M.B.B.S or B.D.S with at least 55% marks.
  • Candidates must have appeared and qualified for Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B)-2024, conducted by Regional Centre for Biotechnology on 20th April 2024.

Selection Process

Admissions will be strictly based on merit following the eligibility criteria and reservation norms as per GOI norms.

  • Declaration of GAT-B 2024 category-wise merit list by DBT-RCB: May 24, 2024
  • Download GAT-B 2024 Score and Rank Card from NTA website: May 24, 2024
  • Start of the online application process: June 1, 2024 onwards
  • Display of 1st admission list: July 15, 2024
  • Display of vacant seats and 2nd list of candidates (if required): July 30, 2024
  • Closure of admission: August 26, 2024
