To be eligible for these prestigious seats, candidates must meet specific educational qualifications. Only female candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are eligible to apply. Moreover, they must have secured an aggregate of at least 50% marks in their final exams and should have passed the examination in their first attempt. This strict academic criterion ensures that only the most dedicated and qualified candidates make it to the selection process, maintaining the high standards of the Indian Army’s nursing cadre.

In addition to the educational requirements, there is an age limit for applicants. Candidates should have been born between October 1, 1999, and September 30, 2007.
